= FT IIустойчивость системы и её способность восстанавливаться в случае отказа (нечувствительность к аппаратным сбоям), ошибок (обработка их без прерывания функционирования системы) или изменения режима функционирования. Отказоустойчивость - характеристика системы, обеспечивающей непрерывный доступ к данным, в отличие от систем класса high-availability (с почти непрерывным доступом к данным).
